Yes, of course! Our giveaways are open to every single Jew — whether you keep Shabbat every week, have never kept one before, or are just starting out. Everyone has exactly the same chance.

What does the commitment actually mean?

Observing a full Shabbat — from candle lighting Friday until Shabbat ends Saturday night — without electricity or electronics. If you're selected as a winner, we'll ask you about it.

Does it cost anything to enter?

No. Entering is completely free and always will be. Prizes are funded by sponsors and donors, purchased and shipped by ILoveShabbat.

How are winners chosen?

At random, from all valid entries, after Shabbat is over. No weighting and no favorites. We announce winners publicly with a video of the draw.

When do entries close?

Accepted Answer

At candle lighting in your own location — not at one global cutoff. Once Shabbat starts where you are, the form closes for you.

Can I enter more than once?

Accepted Answer

One entry per person. If you try to sign up again with the same email or phone number, it won't go through. Some giveaways offer bonus entries too — the specific giveaway page will tell you exactly how to earn them.

How often do you run giveaways?

One to two times a month. They're announced on WhatsApp and Instagram first, so join there if you don't want to miss one.

Do you ship prizes internationally?

We've sent prizes to entrants in the US, Israel, and elsewhere. If shipping to your country isn't practical, we'll work out an equivalent with you.
